This project was completed for CICG as the principal contractor and the client The Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority. For Ramsay Civil this project was separated into two stages initially performing the bulk earth works, building bench and site preparation and drainage works. The main structure was then almost fully completed before Ramsay Civil returned to construct the new car park as well as detailed landscaping works including architectural stone filled gabions, cast insitu aquaducts, concrete pavements and feature soft fall rubber paved steps.
